Job Description

We are looking for a full time Online Bidder who carries a relevant experience in selling the IT Services especially fixed price projects for the Small and Medium businesses in North America. The person will be supplied with actual case studies and our marketing material to get on-boarded with our strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in North American market

• Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques.

• Good understanding of Digital campaigns on Google/Bing and LinkedIn. Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media for North American customers

• Engage in cold-calling to create interest in company services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings.

• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

• Should have good experience in IT Staff Augmentation

• Set up meetings with potential clients (for our team in Toronto) and listen to their wishes and concerns

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company’s services

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences across Canada and North America

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

 

Requirements and skills:

• Should have worked with Software Development Industry (Service sector) for the last 3 years.

• Good experience of Custom Web and Mobile applications for difference sectors like E-Commerce, Online Retail, Manufacturing, HealthTech, EdTech, FinTech, Multi Level Marketing

• At least 2 years of IT Services selling experience with North American customers

• Hands on experience in using LinkedIn sales Navigator (or • equivalent) for reaching out to the prospects

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (nice to have)

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PPT must)

• Hands-on experience with CRM software (Zoho/Hubspot) is a plus

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• Fast learner and passion for sales

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
