Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This work-from-home position is open to candidates located anywhere in India who can work the night shift to align with the PST time zone (Pacific Standard Time). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our IT services and driving business growth. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in selling IT services. Excellent communication skills with a preference for a US accent are essential for success in this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients based in the United States, promoting our IT services and generating leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve monthly targets by setting 40-50 appointments for our Canadian office.
    Develop a deep understanding of our IT services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
    Participate in regular sales meetings and provide insights and feedback on market trends.

 

Requirements:

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling IT services.
·         Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
·         Excellent communication skills, with a preference for a US accent.
·         Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
·         Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
·         High level of self-motivation and drive to succeed.
·         Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools.
·         Ability to adapt to a night shift schedule to align with the PST time zone.
