Inside Sales Representative (Software Service Industry) Job Description:

Need an Inside Sales Representative from software service industry to work in the US time zone. You will play a vital role in our lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and identifying opportunities for our software services. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in cold calling, a strong background in sourcing phone data from online portals, and proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Zoho.

Job- Full time
Shift- Night (US time zone)

Location- Remote


Salary package is up to 8 lpa plus commission of setting 12-15 appointments every month for the leadership in USA and Canada.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients in various industries to introduce our software services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust database of prospects by sourcing phone data from online portals and other reliable sources.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM to track interactions, manage leads, and build a sales funnel.
  • Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Schedule appointments for follow-up meetings or demonstrations with qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective outreach campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client preferences to help refine our sales approach.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of cold calling experience, preferably in the software services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and building a sales pipeline.
  • Strong experience in sourcing and verifying phone data from online platforms and databases.
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems for tracking sales activities and managing leads.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
