• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within the budget.
• Able to handle pressure and maintain balance between client & team
• Client first approach
• Develop project scopes and objectives, with the involvement of all the relevant team members, management people and ensuring proper technical feasibility.
• Making sure that the resources are available and allocated into the projects.
• Project should be planned and tracked according to the processes of the company
• Use correct methods to verify techniques and manage the changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Quick in terms of escalation if required.
• Manage the relationship with the client properly.
• Create and maintain proper project documentation.
• Provide design and development support for new technologies/platforms that are recommended and adopted.
• Design and build complex applications with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and high-reliability.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and the stakeholders of the projects
• Weekly Code Review of the work
• Deal with US and Canada based customers so timing shouldn’t be an issue. No night shifts though
• Daily calls with customers for status update
• Weekly Review meeting of projects with clients

Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall experience, with minimum of 3 years experience in project management on Dot Net core.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Expertise in conflict resolution.
• Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
• Sound knowledge of estimation for the projects
• Sound ability to take on multiple assignments.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency with related software tools like Basecamp, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.

Dotnet Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Bootstrap CSS, Ajax, Web service, WCF, WEB API, LINQ with SQL, ADO.NET, Lamda Expressions, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2012/16, Stored Procedures, AWS
